69-year-old man dead in south-central Windsor, and police say it's suspicious

Windsor police areinvestigating what they're calling thesuspicious death of a 69-year-old man in south-central Windsor.

Windsor police areinvestigating what they're calling thesuspicious death of a 69-year-old man in south-central Windsor.

Police say officers werewere dispatched to a home on Highland Avenue between Foch and Lens Avenues around 7:30 a.m. Friday. That's when they found the man dead inside.

The major crimes unit and forensic identification unit members areon the scene.

Police say members of the public shouldexpect an increased police presence in the area, and to avoid it as the investigation continues.

Police are also asking neighbourhood residents to check their dash-cams or surveillance footage between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. for potential evidence.
