Pedestrian in ICU with serious injuries after south Windsor collision, police say

A 25-year-old pedestrian is in the intensive care unit of a Windsor hospital with what police call serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle late Tuesday night.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dougall Avenue and Roseland Drive

A 25-year-old pedestrian is in the intensive care unit of a Windsor hospital with what police call "serious injuries" after being struck by a vehicle late Tuesday night.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Dougall Avenue and Roseland Drive, according to authorities.

Police say the vehicle was travelling northbound on Dougall at the time and remained on scene following the collision.

Windsor police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to get a hold of them as officers continue with their investigation.
