Windsor's peregrine falcons taking flight

Mike Evans has snapped some of the first photos of peregrine falcon chick Twitter away from her nest under the Ambassador Bridge.

Thechicks hatched under the bridge are slowly taking flight.

Twitter, thefalcon CBC named,was the first to takeflightWednesday morning.

Dennis Patrick, with the Canadian Peregrine Foundation, saidthe bird flew across University Avenue and up into the beams of the bridge.

Patrick said early Wednesday she was perched on a railing of a building close to the bridge.
