Dylann Roof arrest captured on police dashcam

Suspected gunman Dylann Roof was arrested in North Carolina on June 18 after an intense manhunt. A police dashboard camera caught the moment when the 21-year-old was stopped and handcuffed by police.

An arrest warrant for Roof was issued after a shooting at a prayer meeting at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston on June 17 left nine people dead.

Federal officials are set to opena hate crime investigation and police said they didn't believe anyone else was involved in the shooting.
