Hugh Jackman has 3rd skin cancer growth removed

Actor Hugh Jackman has received treatment for skin cancer for a third time according to a spokesperson.

Actor Hugh Jackmanhas undergone a third surgery to remove recurring skin cancer from his nose.

The X-Men star hada basal cell carcinoma removed in a procedure last week, his representative toldE!News,adding that, Jackman is "all good" now.

The 46-year-old tweeted the word "Sunscreen" Monday night, referencing the 1998Baz Luhrmannsong Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen.

The song includes the lyrics "If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it."

The Australian-born actorfirst revealed his cancer diagnosis last November when he posteda selfie online that included the warning"Please don't be foolish like me. Get yourself checked."

He had more cancerous cells removed this past May.

Basal cell carcinoma is aslow-growing form of skin cancer that is linked to sun exposure.

It's very common, yet rarely kills.

Australia has the highest skin cancer rate in the world, and two in three Australians will be diagnosed before age 70, according to the national health department.
