Access denied: Back on the case

Following Air Canada's promise to do better, Marketplace finds major improvements are still needed for passengers with disabilities. From staff training to boarding procedures and the availability of lift equipment, Marketplace puts Air Canada to the test again with the help of Paralympian Brock Richardson and finds there is still a lot of turbulence when it comes to accessible travel.
